Provider · SafeRoute SL

By booking a transit shipment, accessing our web portal, or utilizing the services of SafeRoute SL, you (the "Client", "Sender", or "Customer") agree to be bound legally by the following Standard Trading Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not execute a booking.

§1Definitions and Scope of Service

Services: Point-to-point specialized, zero-hub transport logistics operating natively along the E01 Colombo–Galle Expressway Corridor.

The System / Platform: The web architecture hosted at saferoutesl.online used to register, book, state-track, and generate custody cryptographic tokens.

Tokens: Unique system-generated 6-digit cryptographic One-Time PINs (OTPs) dispatched to Senders and Consignees to govern asset custody.

§2The Software-Verified Handover Protocol

Dual-Token Enforced Custody: SafeRoute SL operates a strict software-locked transit loop. Physical custody transitions are mechanically governed by software state conditions.

Collection Condition: The Company will not accept an asset from the Sender unless the Sender provides the system-generated collection validation key.

Delivery Condition: Physical delivery of any asset will be strictly withheld until the Consignee physically supplies the matching 6-digit verification token to the transit operator.

Verification Failures: If the Consignee fails or refuses to provide the valid token at the designated drop-off interchange or address, physical delivery will be aborted. The asset will be safely returned to our secure storage repository at the Client's sole expense.

§3Packaging and User Declaration Warranty

Client Packing Obligations: The Client warrants that all high-value electronics (such as MacBook Pros, development PC towers, 27" monitors, and server components) are appropriately prepared.

SafeRoute Spatial Accommodation: The Company provides specialized transit infrastructure, ensuring heavy/volumetric electronics are placed flat on high-density protective foam padding below vehicle window lines. However, internal hardware configurations, loose components, or unboxed structural monitor faces remain the loading risk of the Client unless explicitly packed by us.

Prohibited Items: The Client warrants that the consignment does not contain illegal narcotics, hazardous explosives, chemical elements, combustible fluids, or currency notes.

§4Pricing Matrix, Tolls, and Payment Terms

Standard Rates: B2B Standard packages (under 3 kg, up to typical laptop box dimensions) are billed at a flat base rate of LKR 1,500 per item.

Volumetric / Heavy Rates: Server blades, CPU towers, or large-format 27" screens exceeding 3 kg or benchmark volumetric criteria are subject to customized sizing metrics starting at LKR 2,500+ per item.

Bulk Rules: Batches exceeding three (3) individual items booked within a singular transit loop trigger an automatic 10% volume discount applied at invoice computation.

Surcharges: Standard routing is restricted to interchange-to-interchange nodes. Specific office or residential off-highway door-to-door diversions incur a mandatory LKR 750 delivery surcharge.

Settlement: Unless contractually agreed otherwise under dedicated corporate agreements, all payments must be settled in full prior to cargo dispatch.

§5Liability Limitations and Maximum Caps

Scope of Liability: The Company operates a dedicated single-custody vehicle network bypassing central mass sorting hubs, significantly mitigating the probability of transit loss.

Direct Losses Only: In the highly unlikely event of physical damage or loss directly attributable to the Company's gross vehicular negligence during transit, the Company's liability is strictly capped at either (1) the depreciated market value of the physical item, or (2) a maximum limit of LKR 50,000 per consignment block (whichever value is lower), unless a premium declared-value extended liability rider has been explicitly purchased and endorsed in writing prior to route departure.

Consequential Loss Disclaimer: Under no circumstances shall SafeRoute SL be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential commercial damages, including but not limited to lost engineering hours, interrupted deployment cycles, leaked code repositories, data infrastructure disruption, or loss of business profits resulting from delivery delays or transit accidents.

§6Jurisdiction and Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed, managed, and interpreted entirely in accordance with the statutory laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. Any legal claims or disputes arising out of our logistical operations shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Colombo.
