§3Legal Ground for Processing
Performance of a Contract: The collection of phone numbers, names, and spatial delivery paths is mandatory to execute the physical transportation agreement between you and SafeRoute SL.
Legitimate Interest: To maintain robust, fraud-free delivery verification tracking via cryptographic OTP tokens to safeguard high-value enterprise infrastructure.
§4Data Minimization, Storage, and Security
Data Isolation: Your delivery metadata and contact data are securely housed in isolated databases with strict access control management.
No Commercial Brokering: SafeRoute SL will never sell, lease, rent, or trade your personal information or business shipping habits to secondary third-party advertisers or retail aggregators.
Encryption Measures: All communications interacting with saferoutesl.online utilize secure Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption. Cryptographic tokens are hashed internally within our systems.
§5Third-Party Disclosures
Transactional SMS Gateways: To broadcast the system-generated 6-digit verification tokens directly to the recipient's mobile phone number.
Cloud Hosting Providers: Fully compliant server infrastructures protecting core operational databases.
